Refund and cancellation guide for digital services.

1. Custom digital work

Many services from Oddemin Digital Services are custom digital services. Once work has started, refunds may be limited because time, planning, design, development and technical setup may already have been delivered.

2. Before work starts

If a payment was made by mistake or a project is cancelled before work begins, contact the business quickly with payment proof for review.

3. After delivery begins

Partial refunds may be considered based on the amount of work completed, costs already incurred and the agreed project scope.

4. Non-refundable items

Domain names, hosting fees, third-party software, purchased assets, completed work, emergency fixes and approved deliverables may be non-refundable.

5. Payment link issues

If Paystack payment succeeds but the service request details are missing, contact 0591094024 or oddemindigital@gmail.com with your name, amount paid, date and payment reference.

6. Review time

Refund reviews may require confirmation of payment records, work status and service agreement details.
