2. Service requests

All project requests must include accurate contact details, service requirements and any necessary business information. A request through the website does not automatically create a binding project until scope, timeline and payment terms are confirmed.

3. Payments

Payments may be made through a direct Paystack Payment Link when provided. This website does not process card details directly and does not use Paystack API or callback processing. Paystack handles the payment page and payment data.

4. Project delivery

Delivery timelines depend on the project scope, content availability, revisions and payment status. Delays caused by missing content, unclear requirements or late feedback may extend the project timeline.

5. Client content

Clients are responsible for providing lawful text, images, logos, documents and business information. The client confirms they have the right to use any materials supplied for the project.

6. Revisions

Reasonable revisions may be included based on the agreed scope. Extra pages, new features, redesigns or changes outside the confirmed scope may require additional payment.

7. Limitation

Oddemin Digital Services will work carefully to deliver reliable services, but it is not responsible for losses caused by third-party hosting, payment processors, internet issues, client-side changes, or services outside its control.
